Chedworth Silver Band
Chedworth Silver Band is a traditional Brass Band, founded in 1905 in the village of Chedworth, Gloucestershire. Numbers have fluctuated over the years, but we currently have 25 members. We support ourselves by playing at local fetes and other events and at the occasional concert. Our repertoire includes classical arrangements, compositions for brass band by “giants” of the past such as William Rimmer, musicals, marches and arrangements of recent popular songs. We are not a contest band and do not take part in competitions.
