This counselling service offers you a safe, supportive and confidential space to explore and work through issues that are causing you problems. Believing that we are all unique individuals, there is no set number of sessions. You may wish to have just a few sessions; or you can come along for longer term therapy that gives you the chance to work on your issues in more depth.

The counsellor is experienced in working with a wide range of issues that include relationships, anger, stress, anxiety, depression, loss, abuse, trauma, identity and self-esteem. She is also an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, working as a counsellor in local NHS services as well as in private practice
