We pride ourselves on our fresh, local produce grown in and around the Stroud Valleys. The majority of salad and vegetables are picked, prepared and served on your plate that same day. We use meat from a farm in Shortwood, Nailsworth and and know the provenance of all food we use in our kitchen.
