Mark Cummings of BBC radio Gloucester is re creating the famous walk from Pauntley, Gloucestershire to London. Today he arrived in Gloucester with his cat, Kat Brown also of BBC radio Gloucester to open the grand medieval Fayre in Westgate Street Gloucester. These video clips are in Windows Media wmf format. A Medieval Fayre on the 28th May 2005 was held with a huge amount of activities for people young and old, this event coincided with the BBC radio Gloucestershire Dick Whittington Walk from Gloucester to London.
A wonderful day was had by all. Dick Whittington was led on a march around Gloucester, with the Sheriff of Gloucester and a band of musicians and followers, all dressed in mediaeval style
