It's mainly about orchards, apples and a little bit about pears, what we are doing with them now and in the future. A shared passion for orchards and cider-making has encouraged us, Matt Adams and John Barnes, to discover more about the subject over the years. Through pruning, planting, picking, pressing, sipping, slurping and tasting we have helped restore some of our ancient orchards whilst developing a delicious range of artisan cider and perry along the way. Motivated by a desire to help preserve our orchard heritage, we are constantly learning about, experimenting with and refining methods, both old and new, of using the tonnes of fruit which often often go to waste each year.
