Stroud League of Friends
Since its formation in 1948 the League has made major contributions to the work of the Stroud Hospitals. Over the past six years since the Stroud General Hospital modernisation scheme began the Friends have made donations to the Stroud Hospitals and the Health Centre totalling £700,000. Of this figure £367,471 was provided for the modernisation alone, with the Friends support being a key factor in enabling the scheme to take place.
The Stroud Hospitals provide a superb environment for the high quality care provided by consultants, doctors, nursing and support staff
