SERVICES Our services include the provision of: SAP Energy Ratings DER v TER (SAP 2005) Issue of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) Code for Sustainable Homes ratings Prices depend on the size and complexity of the project, and discounts are offered on multiple dwellings. Standard practice is to email clients with pdf copies of the calculations, but hard copies of calculations will be provided if required. SAP calculations and Energy Performance Certificates will usually be turned around within 7 days of receiving all required information
