They are situated on Hemmingsdale Road, opposite the Llanthony Priory and i would have no hesitation in recommending this Firm.
Getting a job done promptly and efficiently these days is becoming rarer.

24 quid for a tyre is cheap, but I would rather have a quality tyre on - after all it's the only thing keeping you on the road.

The only tyre-related thing that actually worries me is the number of pieces of tyre that you see by the side of the road, especially on motorways. I assume that these are from remoulds that have failed. They usually seem to be lorry tyres. Now, that's frightening.

As for budget tyres, I now use them all the time. I had the same advice from my friend who owns a repair workshop as well as tyre fitting. Not sure that I would feel the same if I drove a high performance car but have done thousands of miles on them in a normal family car. Alloys, I have looked at various newish cars but although they look good, I prefer to steer clear of them with the roads in the state they are in. Steel wheels do cope better with the potholes and with a decent plastic wheel cover they look quite alright.

The cost of tyres has definitely come down over the years, though. I was paying about £20 for budget radials 20 years ago.

Pumped up the tyre, got dry clothes on and went again to Tyre and Battery Co. on Hemmingsdale Rd.. Within 20 mins tyre repaired, luckily the pice of metal did not ruin the tyre, As before they were on to the job within seconds of me calling in.
I cannot praise their work rates too highly.
