Former This Morning expert David Domoney, Home Front in the Garden star Diarmuid Gavin and Gardener's World presenter Carol Klein have all been lined up for the event between April 7 and 9.
Although the festival is free, organisers are urging peopleto secure their places early by downloading tickets.
The Gloucester Quays Garden Party has three key themes of fashion, flowers and food and will host more than 80 market stalls selling vintage clothing, jewellery and accessories, bespoke furniture, ornaments, equipment as well as seeds, plants and flowers.
