Gloucestershire County Council is undertaking a six-week consultation to get people's views on proposals to reduce opening hours of some libraries and to close others.
On Thursday, February 23, people are invited along to Matson Library between 10am and 1pm.
The drop in session is part of the consultation, which will run until March 11.
A total of 14 roadshows are taking place across Gloucestershire about libraries.
