Why won’t all 3 parties give the British people a vote on Europe?

Author: Once more, we see the prejudices of the governing class over-riding the democratic feelings of the people of this country. The truth is Mr Cameron, Mr Milliband and Mr Clegg are horrified by the prospect of a referendum because, they fear the result might reveal the true depth of anti-EU feeling in the country.
To say it is a distraction is disgraceful. This is an abuse of power by all our political parties.
